LEGAL
Terms of use
These terms govern the use of Pantry, operated by Subad Imir as a solo founder business based in Kazakhstan, including recipe imports, saved content, grocery features, and any paid Pantry Pro functionality that may be offered through Apple.
Using Pantry
You may use Pantry to import, save, organize, and cook recipes for personal use. You are responsible for reviewing imported recipes before cooking, including ingredients, allergy risks, food safety, and step timing.
Imported drafts may contain incomplete or imperfect information because recipe sources vary. Pantry is a cooking-organizer product, not a guarantee that any third-party recipe is complete, accurate, or nutritionally appropriate for you.
Accounts and subscriptions
Some Pantry features may require an account so your library and purchase state can sync across devices. If Pantry Pro subscriptions are enabled, billing and renewal are handled by Apple under your App Store account.
If a subscription is active, it renews according to the billing terms shown in the purchase flow unless you cancel it through Apple before the renewal date.
Content and acceptable use
You may not use Pantry to abuse third-party services, scrape content in violation of law, attack the Pantry infrastructure, or upload harmful or illegal material. We may rate-limit or block automated misuse to protect the service.
You remain responsible for the source material you import and for complying with the rights and restrictions that apply to that material.
Availability and changes
Pantry may change features, limits, pricing, or extraction quality over time. Some imports will process faster or with higher confidence than others depending on the source format.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or perfect extraction results for every recipe source.
These terms are a launch-ready product draft, but you should still have them reviewed and adapted to your final legal entity, subscription terms, and support details before public release.
Pantry helps you save recipes, build grocery lists, and actually cook what you saved.
